unique decor unexpected highlight polite staff
The hotel's decor created a really unique vibe. the rum bar was an unexpected highlight. I learned a lot about rum there. the staff were kind throughout my stay.
the pool was a bit colder than i expected.

i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful it added greatly to the experience. the hotel's decor was beautiful. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was also really good. the breakfast offered a diverse selection that felt mad really like a wonderful start to each day.
i noticed some slight noise from vents inside my room it occasionally disturbed sleep.

my second visit matched my high expectations! staff showed kindness and efficient service, with prompt assistance. my room was a suite edmond upgrade, a lovely space. the hotel location allowed easy walking access to nearby attractions.

The staff was friendly! the room had beautiful decor and i noticed exotic birds. I loved the oil paintings. the design wardrobe was practical. the hotel breakfast was perfect. It featured real baguette, creamy butter, cheeses, and mini croissants.

The breakfast included smoked salmon I liked that. Poached eggs were also available I found them tasty. Hot drinks were delivered quickly that was great.
The sauna temperature was a bit too low I noticed.

cold pool generator noise
The pool were cold, and I think the staff weren't helpful about its temperature. The whole spa experience felt disappointing. My room made strange noises from the vents. It sounded like a generator that require repair. This sound bothered us at night.
